Fixing Injuries and Helping High Performers Return to Sport, Work or Active Duty

Online rehab x performance is delivered via video calls, messaging and a virtual strength & conditioning app. We will walk you through an athlete movement screening, physical testing and physio-athlete feedback to create a personalised program for you.
For many conditions-especially musculoskeletal pain, acute injuries and strength-based recovery-online physiotherapy can be just as effective because treatment is exercise-based and education-driven.
Most musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative injuries can be treated with evidence-based exercise therapy. This ranges from ACL reconstructions, achilles injuries, rotator cuff tears, lower back pain, neck pain, sprains, strains, tendinopathy, tennis / golfer elbow and more.
Most programs can start with bodyweight exercises and utilising home gyms utilising bands, dumbbells, foam rollers. However, to get the best results, access to a full equipped gym is recommended.
We use a live and self-guided assessment system to test movement patterns, symptoms provocation, strength testing, mobility evaluation and functional analysis to identify the likely cause of pain and design the right rehab program.
During your initial assessment, we employ a SMEAC operational command to develop a clear, concise plan:
SITUATION - Injury and medical history discussion, movement assessment (live or self-guided) and fitness testing.
MISSION - Establish specific goals at each phase of the program to track progress and performance.
EXECUTION - Outlining each phase of your personalised rehab and training plan including the training split, workouts and recovery.
ADMINISTRATION - Setting any individual tasks that may assist in rehab and training for faster results.
Command & Signals - Creating your next appointment date/time and setting up a channel for regular communication.
This varies depending on your injury and goals. Some people will schedule a call every 1-2 weeks with new injuries, while some people book in a call once month with progress tracking and exercise updates in between.
Progress can be tracked through:
- Video reviews
- Pain and function questionnaires
- Strength and mobility benchmarks
- Standardised fitness tests
- Exercise progression in your training program
Your physio will guide you on acceptable pain levels during exercise and adjust the program if symptoms increase.
